We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our dedicated team at Teaching Personnel. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our schools and providing support to our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver preset lessons with minimal planning and marking required, allowing you to focus on supporting students and maintaining a positive learning environment.
  • Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers, providing guidance and support to students as needed.
  • Assist students with their learning, helping them to achieve their full potential and overcome any challenges they may face.
  • Contribute to administrative duties related to classroom management, ensuring that our schools run efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role or working with young people is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively and build positive relationships with students and staff.
  • A valid UK driving license is required, as you will be expected to travel between schools.
  • Right to live and work in the UK.
  • Willingness to adapt to different classroom settings and work as part of a team.
