  • Customer Support: You will ensure customers have up-to-date CVs prior to sending to clients, chase feedback, and arrange interviews.
  • Pre-Interview Support: You will provide pre-interview support to maximize customers' chances of securing employment.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: You will have previous experience within recruitment or a B2B sales role.
  • Cold Calling: You will be able to identify and cold call businesses to secure new employment opportunities.
  • People Skills: You will have strong people skills and the ability to negotiate with employers, maximize sales, and manage expectations and deal with complaints.
  • Target Achievement: You will have previous experience working/exceeding targets and KPIs.
  • Vehicle Driver: You will be a vehicle driver with access to your own vehicle.

Additional Requirements:

  • DBS Check: Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
