About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at Bistrot Pierre. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver dishes cooked and presented to company specification, ensuring consistency and quality in every meal.
  • Manage orders, stock, invoices, and food profit, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Develop and lead your team alongside the Head Chef, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Oversee the daily operation of the kitchen, ensuring seamless service and efficient workflow.
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager to meet business needs and drive sales growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year's experience working as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in a similar establishment.
  • Ability to read, interpret, demonstrate, and execute all basic meat, fish, sauce, and side dishes as provided by the supervisor.
