About the Role

The Head Bartender will be responsible for providing expert knowledge of wine and spirits, ensuring the quality of all food and beverage items, and maintaining a high level of service in our elegantly appointed bar. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits to guests and colleagues

  • Ensure the quality of all food and beverage items, ingredients, and preparation methods

  • Maintain a high level of service in the bar, ensuring a welcoming and attentive experience for guests

  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and implement new ideas and initiatives to enhance the guest experience
