Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Hiring People. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for servicing existing retail customers and generating new business in potential markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve demanding but realistic sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent interpersonal skills and adapt strategically to the evolving market landscape
  • Service existing retail customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve sales performance

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in a retail or pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong strategic thinking and adaptability, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and drive for success
  • Previous experience in field sales or a related business discipline is advantageous

  • Competitive salary and uncapped earning potential with a competitive OTE of £45,000
