We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Hiring People. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for servicing existing retail customers and generating new business in potential markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve demanding but realistic sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent interpersonal skills and adapt strategically to the evolving market landscape
- Service existing retail customers and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve sales performance
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in a retail or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong strategic thinking and adaptability, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and drive for success
- Previous experience in field sales or a related business discipline is advantageous
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary and uncapped earning potential with a competitive OTE of £45,000
- Basic salary of £24,150, plus monthly sales commission and annual bonus
