Sales Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Office Administrator to join our team in Rotherham. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our sales function.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage telephone enquiries and emails from customers and suppliers
- Raise Sales and Purchase Orders
- Check goods in to stock
- Process sales enquiries and orders efficiently
- Arrange deliveries via couriers and our own transport to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Perform other office and administrative duties as required
- Knowledge and experience in sales administration required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently with supervision
What We Offer:

- Early finish on Friday (12 noon)
