Sales Office Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Office Administrator to join our team in Rotherham. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our sales function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage telephone enquiries and emails from customers and suppliers
  • Raise Sales and Purchase Orders
  • Check goods in to stock
  • Process sales enquiries and orders efficiently
  • Arrange deliveries via couriers and our own transport to guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Perform other office and administrative duties as required
Requirements and Preferences:
  • Knowledge and experience in sales administration required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work independently with supervision

What We Offer:

  • 35-hour week
  • Early finish on Friday (12 noon)
