We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) professional to join our team at Understanding Recruitment, specializing in CyberArk solutions. As a CyberArk IAM Engineer, you will be the point of contact for our clients in the UK, working closely with an international team of security engineers to advise on best practices, security hardening, and technical troubleshooting. Effective communication skills are essential to ensure seamless collaboration with our clients and internal teams.

We are looking for a highly skilled CyberArk IAM Engineer with:

  • Strong experience in CyberArk deployment, customization, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • The ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders
  • Scripting ability to integrate CyberArk with other systems or for automation
