Role Overview:

This position is dedicated to offering administrative assistance to the Supply Chain Coordinator, with a primary focus on overseeing delivery timelines and collaborating with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication with freight forwarding partners
  • Oversee delivery timelines and refresh tracking systems
  • Organize shipment reservations and respond to inquiries
  • Work alongside diverse teams to secure timely approvals
