As a key member of the Personal Lines Marketing team at Baldwin Risk Partners, the Director, Personal Insurance Campaigns plays a crucial role in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns to promote Personal Insurance products and drive agent recruiting.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ideate and launch ongoing multi-channel campaigns for Personal Insurance products, including Auto, Home, Flood, Boat, Motorcycle, Medicare, and Healthcare.
- Develop and execute digital campaigns in Google, Bing, and Social channels, ensuring optimal campaign performance and ROI.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Manage day-to-day account activities, including campaign spend optimization, audience creation, and budget management.
- Work closely with design and content teams to develop creative assets for campaign execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with platform improvements and new offerings in the social media space, identifying opportunities for campaign refinement and growth.
- Lead Medicare Sales Manager Grass Roots Marketing Meetings, driving collaboration and strategy development.
- Conduct ongoing keyword discovery and expansion for campaign development, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
- Evaluate market opportunities for campaign refinement, staying ahead of the competition.
- Research and analyze competitor advertising, informing campaign strategy and optimization.
- Assist in creating Medicare sales/Retail broker sales contests/awards as needed, driving engagement and motivation.
- Make national campaign creatives available within the asset management system (Total Expert), ensuring seamless campaign execution.
- Perform additional duties as the role evolves, adapting to changing business needs.
- Proven experience in multi-channel campaign development and execution, with a focus on Personal Insurance products.
- Strong background in SEM and Social Media campaign management, with a solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Expertise in web tools, including Google Ad Manager, SEMRush, and WebTrends.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in SEM and Social Media.
- Presentation skills, with the ability to deliver and develop compelling presentations.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment, collaborating with various stakeholders to drive business objectives.
- Working knowledge of asset management tools for sales content distribution.
