Lead Site Reliability Engineer:

As a Lead Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the reliability of applications, collaborating closely with development and operations teams to implement best practices in Site Reliability Engineering.

Your responsibilities will include managing the work backlog, spearheading reliability enhancements, and leading initiatives to automate repetitive tasks while balancing project delivery requirements.

We operate in agile, cross-functional teams, and you will engage with development teams from the initial design phase, influencing them with your vision for excellence and quality as they create, maintain, and modernize applications.

Key Skills and Experience Required:
- Proficiency in scripting for process automation, including infrastructure and configuration as code
- Expertise in developing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in resolving complex technical incidents
- Background in reliability engineering, focusing on capacity and performance management through monitoring, logging, and alerting
- Familiarity with orchestration platforms and tools for managing containerized applications
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels to provide insights and support.
