Lift Service Engineer Opportunity

We are a leading lift company, Stirling Warrington, seeking a skilled Lift Service Engineer to join our team in the Blackpool area. As a Lift Service Engineer, you will be responsible for managing your own lift service route, overseeing a lift engineer's mate, and attending lift breakdowns and undertaking planned servicing and maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and effective lift service delivery.
  • Oversee the work of a lift engineer's mate to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Participate in a call-out rota, responding to lift breakdowns and undertaking planned servicing and maintenance work.
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers, maximizing the first-time fix rate.
  • Maintain a professional image at all times, representing the company as an ambassador on site.
  • Travel throughout the coverage area, visiting customer sites to provide lift service and maintenance work.

Key Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 qualified in Lift Engineering.
  • 2 years' experience in a Lift Service/Maintenance Engineer position.
  • Relevant qualifications for the position, such as J Modules.
  • Proficient in fault finding, diagnosis, and repair on both Passenger and Goods lifts.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and organized, with a full UK driving license.
