Highway Structures CAD Technician

Tony Gee and Partners is seeking a skilled CAD technician to join their established Highways team in Esher. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in producing high-quality engineering CAD models and drawings for highway structures and bridges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret engineering drawings and sketches to create accurate AutoCAD models and drawings for bridges and highway structures.
  • Work to BIM project delivery and quality standards.
  • Deliver accurate models and drawings within project timeframes and budgets.
  • Supervise and train junior team members to produce high-quality engineering drawings and models.
  • Collaborate with other CAD technicians and engineers in a team environment.
Desirable Skills
  • BIM software skills, including Revit, Civil 3D, and Infraworks.
  • Other software skills, such as Bluebeam Revu and MS Word.
  • Reinforced Concrete detailing experience.
Requirements
  • HNC or equivalent qualification.
  • EngTech qualification (desirable).
