About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Graduate Site Manager to join our construction team in Plymouth. As a Graduate Site Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and supervision of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the overall management and coordination of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Support the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor project progress, including schedules, costs, and quality control measures.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project execution.
