About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Elysium Healthcare, where you will have the opportunity to work with individuals with neurological illnesses and acquired brain and spinal cord injuries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead group therapeutic sessions to help individuals develop and improve their speech and communication skills.
  • Build one-to-one relationships with service users, encouraging engagement and empowering recovery.
  • Manage a designated caseload, completing assessments, planning, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes aligned to care plans.

Requirements

  • HCPC registration
  • Experience of managing a caseload involving assessment and treatment of dysphagia
  • Experience of working with families
  • Evidence of continuing Professional Development
