We are seeking an experienced Customer Sales Specialist to join our team at We Buy Any Car Ltd. as an Area Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for buying and selling cars, ensuring the efficient running of your branch, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Buy and sell cars, performing appraisals and negotiating prices to close deals.
- Manage customer relationships, providing excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
- Liaise with the back office and work colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of the company.
Requirements:
- Current full UK manual driving license.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Ability to work a rotational shift pattern, including weekends.
