HR Advisor - National Business - £35,000 - £40,000 p.a + Benefits

A well-established national business is seeking to hire an HR Advisor with experience of working within a unionized environment to join their team.

Working on-site, you will be responsible for delivering a professional HR service across the business, offering first-line guidance and support to line managers dealing with employee lifecycle and ER queries.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Populating the HR System
  • Working with L&D to identify training needs
