Position Overview
An exciting opportunity has emerged for a dedicated and organized individual to become a part of the Bladder and Bowel Care Service as a Band 3 Administrator, enhancing our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively managing and prioritizing their workload, demonstrating exceptional IT proficiency, and maintaining a professional and systematic approach to their duties while collaborating with team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the service, addressing inquiries from patients, healthcare professionals, and the public, ensuring efficient communication and message relay to appropriate staff.
- Support all facets of the Bladder and Bowel Adult administrative team, including assisting Paediatric and Assistant Practitioners teams as necessary.
- Utilize the electronic appointment system to schedule appointments, manage clinical correspondence, and uphold the integrity of the booking system.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery by collaborating with the broader administrative team and participating in relevant meetings.
- Provide coverage for colleagues during periods of absence, ensuring seamless administrative support to clinical teams.
