About the Role

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled Food and Beverage Specialist to join our esteemed team. This role is integral to our Conference and Events division, where we cater to a variety of internal and external gatherings.

As a Food and Beverage Specialist, you will collaborate with the management team to ensure that guests receive efficient, courteous, and personalized service at all times. You will serve as a mentor to less experienced team members, ensuring that the department is always prepared for service and that all associates are knowledgeable about the menu offerings. Your responsibilities will include setting up event spaces prior to functions and assisting in the training and coaching of fellow team members.

About You

We are looking for a sociable, friendly, and enthusiastic individual who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. You should possess strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, thriving in a team-oriented environment. Previous experience in a similar Food and Beverage role is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Management Team to ensure all guests receive efficient, courteous, and personalized service.

- Maintain readiness of the department for service.

- Be well-versed in the menu offerings.

- Prepare event spaces before functions.

Salary

This is a permanent position requiring 40 hours of work per week across a flexible shift pattern, 5 days out of 7. A competitive salary is offered, along with a comprehensive range of employee benefits.
