Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commis de Rang to join our In Room Dining Team. As a key member of our Food and Beverage Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and to develop your skills and knowledge in a world-class hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional dining experiences to all guests, ensuring that every meal is prepared and served to the highest standards.
  • Ensure that all dishes, glasses, and utensils are ready for service, in accordance with our standards of practice.
  • Have a full understanding of all dishes and beverages, as per specifications, and be confident in advising guests of dining options.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of all styles and sequences of service, ensuring that every guest receives a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
  • Be aware of all checkouts, opening, and closing procedures, and be familiar with ordering stock and running stock checks when required.

About the Role

This is a permanent opportunity working 40 hours per week over a flexible shift pattern, 5 days out of 7. As a member of our In Room Dining Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests, and for contributing to the success of our Food and Beverage Team.
