Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team at Law Staff Legal Recruitment. As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice to clients on a range of commercial property matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with sales and purchases of commercial properties
  • Advise on joint ventures and site sales and acquisitions for landowners and developers
  • Prepare and review commercial leases for landlords and tenants
  • Manage property portfolios for clients
  • Assist with sales and disposal of plots and buying or selling company premises

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in commercial property and real estate
  • Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Able to manage own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Taking a proactive approach with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks is essential
