Aircraft Technician

Guidant Global is seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanical Fitter to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of our aircraft fleet.
Main Responsibilities- Provide engineering support to Flight Operations, ensuring the smooth movement of aircraft.
- Conduct maintenance inspections and repairs as directed by certified engineers, adhering to OEM guidelines.
- Work to high standards to guarantee the continued safe operation of aircraft.
- Perform maintenance tasks, including airframe structure, power plant, mechanical, and electrical systems, in accordance with written instructions.
- Conduct off-aircraft mechanical, power plant, component, and composite technical work in workshops as required.
- Assist in the day-to-day running of the aircraft Hangar, including aircraft movement and general housekeeping responsibilities.
- Thorough knowledge of engine and airframe systems.
- Knowledge of specialized test equipment relating to engine and airframe systems.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Flight/Airport Operations, Aircraft Line Maintenance, and Aircraft Base Maintenance.
- Apprenticeship in Aircraft Maintenance or related discipline.
- Experience in Base Maintenance and Flight Operations.
- Knowledge of UK Military Aviation and UK MFTS.
- Knowledge of CAA Part 145 and Part M regulations.
- Experience on H135/H145.
- Experience of Airbus Helicopters products.
- Experience of Military Aviation.
