We are seeking a Yard Controller to oversee and manage the logistics of trailer and fleet movements within our operations. This role is crucial for ensuring that all transport key performance indicators (KPIs) are met while providing exceptional service to our retail partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the flow of trailers and fleet vehicles across the site.
- Monitor and report on transport KPIs to ensure operational efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service delivery.
Working Hours: The position follows a 4 on 4 off schedule, with shifts starting at either 19:00 or 07:00. Flexibility may be required on occasion.
Compensation: The role offers a competitive salary of £29,500, with additional night premiums for applicable hours worked.
