About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Priory Hospital Newbury. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing, planning, and evaluating care needs, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to professional standards and guidelines
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate patient progress
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to care planning
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in Adult Mental Health Services
  • Experience in Acute and Rehabilitation Services and the Recovery Model
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
