About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and promote our home brand across our branch network in the South Island. This role will contribute to the achievement of area sales and profitability targets through the effective management of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and market share in the South Island.
  • Collaborate with the French marketing team to follow the product development process.
  • Ensure quality processes are fully controlled and promote Bizline products in branches.
  • Assist the Sales team by organizing technical days in branches.
  • Establish a marketing plan, including sales forecasts, annual promotions, and new product launches.
  • Organize training sessions with the Sales team.

Requirements:

  • MBA in International Business or similar required.
  • Must be bilingual French/English as you will be the interface between Ideal and Bizline head office based in Paris.
  • Experience in the electrical industry, specifically in equipment and commodities for electricians.
  • Territory Sales and Marketing experience in this industry, ideally around an electrical network.
  • Flexibility to travel across the South Island as needed.
