Facilities Manager (Non Site)

MAPP is a leading specialist in commercial property and asset management, with a portfolio of over GBP 30bn+ of property under management for various UK and overseas Fund Managers, REITs, and other property owners.

We believe that property management can be a force for good, and this role offers the opportunity to be part of our effort to make a positive impact in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor contractor/supplier performance and report findings to the Facilities Manager
  • Report any issues that may affect the client/tenant/the service of the property
  • Ensure regular property inspections are carried out and recorded
  • Provide the highest level of service standards to client and building tenants
  • Assist the Facilities Manager with the drafting and monitoring of service charge budgets
  • Fulfil the compliance and policy requirements in accordance with MAPP policies and procedures and the relevant legislative framework
Requirements:
  • Self-management skills, including showing initiative, being proactive, and meeting deadlines
  • Great service delivery, including working in partnership with internal and external individuals and good communication in written and verbal
  • Full Driving Licence

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 9am - 5.30pm, Friday 9am - 5pm

Salary Range: GBP 43,000 - GBP 47,000 per annum, depending on experience.
