Aspirations seeks a motivated and compassionate individual to ensure the security and well-being of our supported living environment, which accommodates adults with learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and Autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with morning routines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in all areas.
  • Provide necessary care and support.
  • Complete required documentation.
  • Ensure the safety and welfare of individuals.
  • Uphold safeguarding responsibilities to protect the rights of adults to live safely and free from abuse or neglect.
  • Provide personal care as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • We welcome applications from both experienced and novice candidates, as comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided.
  • Willingness to work independently during overnight shifts.
