This role at our Watford service involves providing essential support, which may include offering emotional assistance during challenging times, engaging in friendly conversations, or simply being a reassuring presence.
Aspirations seeks a motivated and compassionate individual to ensure the security and well-being of our supported living environment, which accommodates adults with learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and Autism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with morning routines.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in all areas.
- Provide necessary care and support.
- Complete required documentation.
- Ensure the safety and welfare of individuals.
- Uphold safeguarding responsibilities to protect the rights of adults to live safely and free from abuse or neglect.
- Provide personal care as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
- We welcome applications from both experienced and novice candidates, as comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided.
- Willingness to work independently during overnight shifts.
- A positive and empathetic disposition.
- A good sense of humor in challenging situations.
