About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cocktail Bartender to join our team at Cheal's Restaurant & Bar. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines to the highest standard.
- Take orders, explain menu options, and maintain a clean and tidy working environment.
- Train and develop junior team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to the development of our in-house cocktail menu, ensuring it remains innovative and appealing to our customers.
- Serve wine and other drinks to restaurant tables, providing a seamless dining experience.
