As a Learning Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to achieve their goals and live independently. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement care plans, provide emotional support, and facilitate social activities.

What we offer:
- Competitive hourly rate: £11.44 per hour rising to £11.74 per hour from 1st October 2024 (plus 12.07% in lieu of holiday entitlement)
