We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Wadebridge Day Centre in Cornwall. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting learning disabled adults to live their best lives.

About the Job

As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to learning disabled adults, enabling them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. Your role will involve supporting individuals with daily tasks, building their confidence, and promoting their independence.

Requirements

  • A full driving license and access to a car (or ability to get help getting to and from the service)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to providing person-centered care and support
