Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Ad Warrior, supporting adults with learning disabilities in Lewes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to adults with learning disabilities, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household management.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.

Working Hours:

Shift work, with opportunities to work between 14 and 40 hours per week. Morning, late, and split shifts available.

Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary of £24,126 - £26,377 per annum, with an enhanced rate for weekends and bank holidays.
