Swansea Bay University Health Board is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Fellow in Critical Care Retrieval and Transfer to join our team. As a key member of our Critical Care Retrieval and Transfer Service, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our service.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in critical care retrieval and transfer. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of our service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in critical care retrieval and transfer settings
- Contribute to the development of our Critical Care Retrieval and Transfer Service
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care
- Participate in education and training programs to develop your skills and expertise
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve patient care
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- ST4+ equivalent training in Intensive Care Medicine/Anaesthesia
- Full GMC registration with a license to practice
- Experience in critical care retrieval and transfer settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and innovative environment
