*Salary: *£30,500 per annum

*Overview of the Role:

Cinnabon is a beloved American bakery brand, renowned for its unique sweet recipes crafted from the finest ingredients sourced globally. As the UK's sole franchise, we are on an ambitious path to expand our presence throughout the UK.

We are currently seeking a *Central Kitchen Manager* to oversee the planning, organization, and management of all manufacturing and maintenance operations at our new Central Kitchen & Distribution Center.

Your role will involve ensuring that our Cinnabon products meet the highest standards and specifications, while continuously improving product quality to align with company objectives.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Strategically plan and direct the manufacturing and maintenance processes to optimize cost efficiency.
  • Utilize resources, equipment, and materials effectively to meet production forecasts.
  • Achieve production targets while ensuring product quality exceeds customer expectations.
  • Implement cost-reduction strategies without compromising company interests.
  • Foster individual skill development and enhance team performance.
  • Monitor equipment and processes to improve kitchen productivity and develop plans for quality-driven production increases.
  • Anticipate workload and staffing needs.
  • Identify equipment and resource requirements for future operations.
  • Supervise production line rehabilitation and ensure product specifications are consistently met.
  • Execute tasks assigned by the Area Manager.
*Candidate Requirements:*

  • At least 1 year of management experience in food production.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet high demand.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to drive productivity.
