Lead Control and Instrumentation Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Control and Instrumentation Systems Engineer to join our team at Rolls-Royce SMR. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in the design, development, and implementation of Control and Instrumentation (C&I) systems for our nuclear power plant.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement C&I system designs that meet the requirements of the nuclear power plant, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and testing of C&I systems, providing technical guidance and oversight.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that C&I systems are integrated with other plant systems and meet the needs of the plant.
  4. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and validation reports.
  5. Ensure that C&I systems are designed and implemented to meet the safety and performance requirements of the nuclear power plant.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in C&I systems engineering, with experience in the design, development, and implementation of C&I systems for nuclear power plants. You will also need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
