Graduate Structural Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and ambitious graduate to join our civil and structural design consultancy in Lincolnshire. As a Graduate Structural Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from conception to completion, and gain valuable experience in structural design, project management, and drafting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and development of structural projects using steel, concrete, timber, and masonry.
  • Work closely with the drafting team to create detailed designs and drawings.
  • Contribute to project management, including coordinating with clients and stakeholders.
  • Participate in the development of new ideas and solutions for structural design challenges.

Requirements:

  • Strong degree in civil or structural engineering (2:1 or first-class MEng preferred).
  • Working knowledge of CAD software (advantageous but not essential).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
