About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our CQC Outstanding Home Instead CAREGiver team as a Dementia Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dementia support and home care services to our clients in Stokesley and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Care for the same clients on a regular basis, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Minimum of 1-hour visits every time, ensuring our clients receive the attention and support they need.
  • Consistent working times, every single week, allowing for a stable and predictable routine.
  • No experience necessary, as we provide full training and support to ensure your success.
  • Flexible hours based on your availability, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
  • Holiday pay and a competitive hourly rate, starting at £13.00ph and ranging up to £20.00ph.
