About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join our team at Arbuthnot Yon. As a key member of our legal team, you will play a crucial role in negotiating and drafting complex commercial contracts, working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-value agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and draft commercial contracts, including bespoke agreements and large-scale projects
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective contract solutions
  • Provide expert advice on contract law and negotiation strategies
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure seamless contract execution and management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial contracts law, with a strong background in negotiation and drafting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Knowledge of contract law and negotiation strategies, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a commercial context
