We are seeking a skilled Band 6 Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) to join our team at Staff Partners Mental Health. This is a locum position, ideal for an SLT passionate about making a difference in children's lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of children with a range of speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN) within mainstream primary schools.
  • Conduct assessments, devise care plans, and implement therapy strategies to support children's development.
  • Liaise with school staff, parents, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive support for each child.
  • Ensure regular monitoring, review of progress, and updates to therapy plans as needed.
  • Attend multidisciplinary meetings as required.
  • Deliver therapy in line with best practice and evidence-based approaches.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist with experience working with paediatric populations.
