Role Overview
We are seeking a Site Quality Manager to oversee product quality at our Innovation Centre. This facility plays a crucial role in our expansion strategy, and your leadership will ensure that our products meet the highest standards before reaching our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Quality Management: You will lead a quality team, ensuring that all products leaving the warehouse adhere to our quality promises. This includes monitoring bouquet longevity and the quality of non-perishable gifting items.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the Range and Buying teams to ensure that product selections meet quality standards. Your role will involve regular meetings and occasional travel to provide expert advice on product selections.
- Coaching and Development: Mentor your quality team to enhance their skills in maintaining product standards and coaching operational staff on quality assurance practices.
- Innovation and Improvement: Collaborate with the Head of UIC and the group's Head of Quality to drive innovations in product quality and operational processes.
