Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions for patients with a range of conditions, including neurological and physical disabilities.
- Develop and maintain a defined caseload, using evidence-based and client-centered principles to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide a seamless and coordinated service.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of our service in South Powys.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Documented evidence of continuing professional development (CPD).
- Ability to travel within the geographical area.
