Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in our community, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to promote patients' independence and well-being.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience working with patients with a range of physical and cognitive abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
