Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in our community, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to promote patients' independence and well-being.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
