Role Overview

As a Corporate Account Director, you will be responsible for managing and developing key relationships with high-profile corporate clients. You will provide expert advice on insurance solutions, ensuring their portfolios are tailored to meet their specific risk profiles and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing exceptional service.
  • Oversee the management of client portfolios, ensuring comprehensive coverage and risk mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business growth and retention initiatives.
  • Lead negotiations with insurers to secure competitive terms and optimal coverage for clients.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Proven track record in corporate account handling within the insurance sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and financial information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • ACII qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
