About the Role
Lookers Farnborough Audi is seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for booking MOTs, services, and other repair work for our customers, advising them on warranty cover and upselling additional parts and accessories, and liaising with the Aftersales department to schedule appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume of customers daily, including telephone calls and online booking queries
- Inform customers of turnaround times and ensure effective communication throughout the time when a customer's car is in the workshop
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the systems when any bookings have been made
- Work closely with the Service Manager and other team members to ensure seamless customer service
Requirements
We are looking for a Service Advisor with excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport with customers, and a passion for delivering a first-class customer experience. Previous experience using Kerridge/ADP would be an advantage, as well as knowledge of other essential dealer systems.
