Key Responsibilities:
As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our care teams by providing exceptional hospitality services. You will collaborate with the Head Chef, Reception Teams, Housekeeping, and Lifestyle Teams.
This position is crucial to enhancing the lives of our residents and their families, so strong interpersonal skills and organizational abilities are essential. Previous experience in a hospitality role, particularly in a luxurious setting, is highly desirable.
Your primary duties will include:
- Assisting with meal service in resident dining areas or individual rooms.
- Regularly refilling water and beverage stations in resident rooms.
- Setting up and clearing tables before and after meal services.
- Maintaining temperature logs for refrigerators and service areas.
- Ensuring the café is well-stocked and professionally presented.
- Addressing residents' non-care related requests, such as adjusting curtains or changing TV channels.
