Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to residents who require assistance with accommodation payments, ensuring timely and effective communication to resolve issues.
- Work closely with our Residence Teams to facilitate efficient communication with debtors and manage end-of-tenancy procedures in accordance with company policies.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of resident debtors using our customer relationship management system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and minimizing rental arrears.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry or with a focus on debt collection or credit control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Outlook and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
