Job Description

Managing Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and successful Managing Director to lead our business to the next level of growth and success. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering our growth strategy, leveraging your expertise in business leadership and transformation.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar business leadership role, with experience in leading a business selling similar products in markets such as hospitality, commercial, education, and healthcare. You will have a strong analytical and strategic approach, with credibility, leadership, and gravitas. You will also need plenty of energy, drive, and dynamism to lead our team through significant growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a growth strategy that leverages our strengths and opportunities in the market
  • Lead our team to achieve exceptional results, driving productivity and efficiency across all aspects of the business
  • Provide leadership of the highest calibre, developing our people in line with a strong values-based culture
  • Collaborate with our senior team to drive innovation and NPD, both within current and new markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with major customers and other resellers
