Store Manager Opportunity at Whittard Trading Ltd

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Whittard Trading Ltd in Milton Keynes. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment with exceptional customer service and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service and Team Leadership: Provide and lead your team in first-class customer service, becoming an ambassador of the products and offering excellent knowledge and recommendations to customers.
  2. Store Operations: Monitor store KPIs, implement improvements where needed, and ensure Health & Safety, Food Safety, cash, delivery, and reporting processes are followed and reviewed.
  3. Team Management: Manage your team's sickness absences, holiday, and performance, developing the best team possible with long-term succession strategies, development plans, quarterly reviews, and providing on-the-spot feedback.
  4. Visual Merchandising: Manage the implementation of in-store visual merchandising in line with Whittard guidelines.
  5. Reporting and Feedback: Feedback best-seller and stock information to head office.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Previous Retail Management or Supervisory level experience, with a minimum of 3 years retail management experience.
  2. Skills: Confident organisational skills, ability to identify problems and provide solutions, and enthusiasm and interest in our products.
