Job Title: Gas Qualified Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Qualified Supervisor to join our team at Sureserve Group. As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of field-based engineers, ensuring high standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental delivery and behaviours across the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the field-based operational team, ensuring high performance standards and meeting business and client expectations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Work closely with Contract Managers and Regional Operations Managers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Manage and monitor staffing levels, annual leave, sickness, and other absences, reviewing and managing performance and quality.
  • Lead on team communication, including conducting tool-box talks and delivering company information to the field-based teams.
  • Deal with field-based team queries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Responsible for customer services, including complaint resolution and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with HR colleagues on employee-related issues and attend contract meetings as required.
  • Monitor parts usage and ensure regular van stock checks are undertaken.
Requirements:
  • Experience in working in domestic heating and hold the relevant gas qualifications.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role is desirable.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • A full UK driving license.
