The Role

This leading West End firm is seeking to recruit a Corporate Crime Partner.

The firm currently has a thriving litigation practice, which is a core area of focus. Litigation is divided into three main sectors: business crime, property litigation, and commercial litigation.

The Corporate Crime department is currently experiencing high demand and is looking to expand by adding an additional partner.

You will collaborate with a highly regarded, L500-ranked Corporate Crime partner, working together to advance the department and mentor junior team members.

The caseload will encompass a variety of matters, including high-profile and complex corporate criminal investigations, prosecutions, and compliance issues related to bribery, corruption, money laundering, fraud, and sanctions.

This diverse caseload promises to provide an engaging and fulfilling role.

Requirements

  • You should be a Corporate Crime Solicitor with a minimum of seven years of post-qualification experience (there is no upper limit on experience).
  • This position offers excellent prospects for advancement, aligned with the firm's growth strategy.
