Job Title: Finance Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Director to join our team at IWG plc. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving our growth strategy and ensuring the financial success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a scalable finance service model to support our growth strategy.
  • Monitor and report on finance service levels to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and leadership team.
  • Collaborate with our Global Shared Service Centre team to ensure accurate accounting treatment of partnerships.
  • Serve as the point of contact for future acquisitions, driving integration across the financial end-to-end process.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting and visibility to both our CFO and business stakeholders.
  • Manage partner reporting and escalations, serving as the voice of IWG Finance for external partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a global finance environment.
  • Qualified accountant or equivalent (ACA, ACCA, and/or CIMA).
  • Experience working with a Shared Service Centre is an advantage.
