Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Industrial Maintenance Specialist to join our team at a busy manufacturing facility. This is a nightshift position, offering consistent hours from Monday to Friday, with a competitive pay rate that increases after your first 12 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the manufacturing facility, including production areas, machinery, and communal spaces.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of manufacturing equipment to ensure operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Waste Management: Handle waste disposal and recycling processes in accordance with company guidelines and regulations.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment as needed to maintain optimal levels.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: Previous experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work long shifts.
